This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Ebabsa ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use this website or work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Ebabsa builds business management software, dashboards and AI prediction tools for businesses. We are a fully remote company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Quote and contact requests: your name, phone number, email address, business name, type of business and any message you write.
Calls, WhatsApp and email: the details you share when you talk to us.
Client projects: information needed to set up and support your software, such as user accounts and the business data you choose to import.

Information collected automatically

Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
If we use analytics, information collected through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. How we use your information

To reply to your request and prepare a quote.
To build, set up, support and improve the software we provide to you.
To send service messages, such as updates about your project or account.
To understand how visitors use the website so we can improve it.
To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

4. Your business data in our software

When we build or host software for you, the business data stored in it (for example sales, stock, customer or student records) belongs to you. We process it only to provide and support the service, and only as you instruct us. You are responsible for having the right to store and use the personal data of your own customers, staff or students in the software.

5. Sharing your information

We share information only when needed, with:

Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, form and messaging providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
A buyer or successor, if our business is merged or sold. They must protect your information in the same way.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for up to 2 years if no project starts. We keep client project information for as long as we provide the service and afterwards as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encrypted connections, access controls and regular backups. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
stop sending you messages you do not want.

9. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website. School software we provide may store student records; that data is controlled by the school.

10. Transfers outside Bangladesh

Some of our service providers may store or process information outside Bangladesh. When this happens we take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will tell our clients directly.
